From Fiji’s mainland there are two ways of getting to Kadavu Island, by air or by sea.
Fiji Airways offers direct flights most days between Fiji’s Nadi International Airport and Kadavu Island. The flight time is 50 minutes. Some days there are also flights between Kadavu Island and Fiji’s capital city Suva. If you’re flying to Fiji with Fiji Airways the flight right through to Kadavu can be added to your international ticket. Goundar Shipping operate ferry services throughout Fiji’s many islands. Once a week the ferry ‘Lomaiviti Princess’ links Suva with Kadavu Island, stopping at Vunisea and Kavala Bay.
